Brunswick Taxi

Very good driver but the cars are UNSAFE. Doors do not close and one door kept opening while we on the freeway. Very dirty .retire the van a personal injury lawsuit will be more costly .

I called for a taxi and was told I had a 20-30 minute wait time. I said that was okay and the lady I spoke to on the phone was very snarky and rude the whole time. I’m not sure if she was just having a bad day or what, but she was very rude in the way she spoke to me even though we were just discussing average things such as pickup location and drop off location. I was counting on this taxi as my shift at work would start in 45- 50 minuets. An hour had gone by and I was now 10 minutes late for work. I called to cancel the taxi as I found a ride unsure if the taxi was coming (it was 30-40 minutes late) and knowing I couldn’t afford to be any later than I was to work. I was polite as I didn’t want to start anything and yet the lady threw a fit and hung up on me. After several very rude comments of course. I tried to call again a week later (also for a ride to work) and she said she refused to send a taxi as I had canceled the previous week, again, (no suripise here) along with several more very rude comments. I highly suggest using a different taxi service if at all possible. A New taxi service opened near me thankfully, but I would rather walk than deal with this service again.

At first they seemed fair but now they just take a long time to pick you up and act like it's a huge problem wherever you are. The first driver I had didn't even know where we were going and the dispatchers are straight up bad representatives for a taxi service. This is why uber and lyft take over. Why act like it's a problem when you chose the business? Twenty minutes to get there no matter where you are?

The worst taxi service available to mankind. if your are a business person and need to get somewhere in the Brunswick area, you might as well walk. i called this taxi service for a ride and they said it would be 30 minutes.... No exaggeration, I waited 90 minutes, and called the phone operator twice before i realized they were not showing up. I nearly missed a meeting and had to download Lyft. They lied to me twice and left me in the cold. Next time ill walk. They are unprofessional and irresponsible and will not last more then five years. Terrible service. horrible attitude. despicable timing. THE WORST!!!!!!!!!! I COULD GET THERE FASTER BLINDFOLDED ON CRUTCHES!

I’ve been riding with them every morning and afternoon now for a week they are nice people considerate on time and friendly ,clean cars good conversations I recommend you give them a try 😁
