Bath TAXI

WOW is all I can say. It would be nice if they bothered to show up just ONCE. The amount of times i have had to walk 20-30 minutes home with two arms full and a backpack full of groceries because of these guys is unacceptable. Truly MEDIOCRE BUSINESS. I have way better luck with platinum plus and at least they have a much better business model. Edit: I understand things happen, people can be demanding. The problem is that out of the couple dozen times I've tried using Bath Taxi, they've shown up maybe a hand full of times at most. No call back, no phone pick up. Hardly worth your time if they do show up.

Very disrespectful company! The workers are the worst. This company doesn't even the phones at all! Just voicemail for days! Take another cab company, thats my advice

See the thing is we are only human and people never post all the good things we do for the thousand other customers we have. yeah we are off alittle on timing sometimes and sometimes things happen like red lights accidents ,traffic, construction, and people that don't specify on the phone that they wanna add 3 stops and a return. That's the biggest reason we are late and we've all done that who hasn't gotten into a cab and said. "oh by the way" can we stop at the store oh yeah and I have to go back to where we came from which puts us behind. Sometimes we are short handed during high call volume we try to do our best at keeping everyone happy unfortunately it's impossible to do thanks for understanding have a good day

A horrible, horrible company. I called 5 minutes after the taxi was supposed to arrive and was told he was on his way. I called 7 minutes after that and was told he was on his way. I told her that's what she had said last time, and she hung up on me. I called back twice; no one answered. Instead, my call went to voicemail which had NOT even been set up to take messages. Throughout our conversations, though I was irritated, I was calm, did not use inappropriate language, and asked for the real time the driver would arrive. This company is poorly run, unprofessional, ridiculously rude, and should NEVER be relied upon for service. Customers would be better off walking. Try another cab service. This one is pathetic.
