Wicked Good Taxi

Extremely rude and inpatient of consumers who have disabilities. Some drivers are somewhat friendly and understand. While others are extremely rude and are annoyed that some people can't move as quickly as others. They act like your bothering them and wasting there time. When the consumer is the one paying for this service. I work at an operation where a lot of our patients don't have the means for transportation. Wicked Good Taxi is one of there limited options in the Augusta area for transportation, which is crucial for medical appointments. Lately the service I've seen is unpleasant and difficult. I wouldn't suggest this service to anyone

I wouldnt recommend using your debit card to pay for this service. A $6 ride evidently turns into a $21 ride, because they tip themselves $15 without consent and don't have a way to give you a receipt. Nice guys. Uber and lyft look like a lot better options. use cash!

Some drivers give themselves tips if you pay on card, rarely on time, and some drivers are just plain rude.

My mother missed a doctor's appointment because they refuse to do what any modern transport company does & schedule ahead. She tried reaching these people for a ride to her doctor's appointment day-of, since they refuse future bookings & wouldn't schedule it ahead, and on that day they were missing calls & voicemail filled up. She may have been called back, but it was way too late. Lame failure.
