207 Taxi

Worst service every ! My husband called and was told 15 minutes. Nothing. We called again to be told there was a taxi letting off around the corner and would be only two more minutes. Another 15 minutes nothing once again. I called and received an attitude and told we had to wait yet longer. Still we stood outside waiting and watching. We saw no less then 4 different taxi's from this company go past, none turned for us. We called after another lo g wait to be told the taxi was at cash corner and on his way. Twenty minutes and guess again yup nothing. Calling once more we were told he was on his way. When the driver finally showed up he said he considered not coming thinking we'd called another company, and that he'd come from westbrook, not cash corner. We waited over an hour for this taxi, in the cold. Plus the driver found it necessary to speed on these icy streets. To hear the attitude about where the taxi was, and that the driver considered not even coming because of how long we'd been waiting is beyond disgusting. Never taking this service again. I could walk to where I need faster then they show up.

I've been using this taxi service for about 5 years now and always bragged about there Swift and friendly service. It wasn't until this past year due to their businesses expansion that I've seen complete 180 in their service. It is after a half dozen extremely poor experiences in the past 4 months that I write this review. Don't use this service if your in a hurry, or actually need to get somewhere. I went from local cabs to Uber because of this service.

Called for a cab to be delivered to my house at 930pm. Waited forty minutes. The guy no-showed so we found an uber. Called the cab company to tell them the driver no-showed and the cab company didn't even bother asking what our address was or apologize. Unbelievable.

Requested an early morning pickup for a ride to the airport. Never showed up. After five minutes I called and was told that the car was on the way. After 15 more minutes (we live less than 15 minutes away from PWM) we just got in our car and drove ourselves. We barely made our flight, and we had to park in long term parking for 13 days. I emailed them later. The manager said he'd follow up with dispatcher to see what happened, but he never wrote back. I can't take the chance that we'll miss our flight again, so I'll be using another company from now on.

took a while 2 get 2 me but the dispatcher told me it would. I really like that they didn't lie about times. I called early just in case and was watching out the window of my apartment. Smooth and Seamless
