We reserved a taxi from this service online for 4:30 am and received a confirmation email from the company. They did not arrive for 10 minutes so we called them and they said that we called after we made the reservation and cancelled the cab. We did not cancel the cab. This company needs to get their act together because we needed to be at the airport to catch our flight as early as possible. Will never give them a chance again.

Took forever and the car stank like cigarettes and liquor. I also wouldn't be surprised if someone puked in there recently. Also overpriced. $25 for what should be a $10 ride.

Scheduled a pickup in advance for an early morning ride to the airport. Which was confirmed in writing (text). But the driver never showed up; didn't answer followup text messages or a phone call; and I ended up having to drive myself to the airport, pay for parking for 4 days, and almost missed my flight. Never an apology or anything, either.

We had a very friendly driver, he was right on time and got us to the airport stress free. Comfortable ride, smiles all around from my sister, daughter and I. Thank you!! 😄
