He will be waiting for you at the terminal of your arrival with a sign that has your name on it. Your driver will help you out with your luggage and together you will make your way to the vehicle. Excellent Service. We had a party of 6 travelling and used Welcome Pickups 3 times over the course of our holiday in London and Paris. Always on time and very helpful. I am so glad that our hotel suggested Welcome Pickups. After a long international flight, we were greeted in Paris by a friendly face speaking English. Our driver helped us get out of the airport and to our hotel easily. We had asked for a van so there was plenty of room for us and our bags. Our driver was super considerate of the limited mobility on one of our party. We were so impressed we booked the same driver and van for our return to the airport. The service really made the whole experience easy and hassle free.
Our driver picked us up from the airport and drove us into Paris to our hotel. The vehicle was a beautiful Mercedes suv, our driver was so nice and answered all our questions. We booked him for the trip back to the airport he was early 44o am for our 5 am pick up. He loaded all our luggage and was fabulous. Will use this service again for sure
Pleased with overall service right from booking, made changes to booking timing, drivers were polite and they drove well through Paris streets. This is second time using WP for airport transfers in Europe.

Such an excellent driver. We were leaving Paris and we wished our driver had driven us everywhere. His knowledge and driving were excellent. His communication was also good as we struggled with the language in Paris.
Driver assigned to me arrived punctually and was very pleasant. He even helped carry my luggages to the hotel which is not normal in Paris. Highly recommended service!
