They are terrible. The dispatcher I talked to was wicked rude. I’m going with Schooner Bay from now on. And they don’t take cards which is ridiculous.

Never showed up for pick up. No call back. Save yourself the stress and call Schooner Bay at 594-5000.

Very Ignorant and rude... was willing to pay 20 dollars to go to Camden for a Wedding from Rockport and said its awful expensive ride and pretty much was like i dont like the sounds of that!!! VERY IGNORANT WOULD NEVER CALL AGAIN WOULD RATHER WALK!!!!!!!!

My husband just saw a cab driver picking up a VERY elderly lady. Instead of helping her to unload her groceries he continued talking on his phone. My husband stopped helped her unload then came home to repeat the story. I just called the company only to be told if he exited his cab and got injured the would be liable for the drivers injuries. I can't believe we live in a society that can't help the elderly without thinking about liabilty issues. I will make sure not to recommend them to anyone from now on!!
