Town Taxi

My mother had surgery this morning and needed a ride at 5am. She called the night before to set up the ride. The cab was 25-30 minutes late. She drove herself, I called to cancel and the lady dispatcher gave me attitude for having to cancel the ride and hung up on me. Unbelievable. I called the Male dispatcher to explain later and he was equally as rude. I wish I could give negative stars because I have had to use them since and they are an absolute nightmare to have to deal with. If you are working with the public you would think to have basic human social skills!

VERY pleased!! Last minute call because everywhere else would not pick up the phone. Got here early with a van to accommodate our family of 5 which consisted of 3 young children. Driver was very nice picking us up and made sure to drive very carefully since there was ice on the roads and a car slid in front of us. We felt totally safe. Scheduled a pick up when we called for our first ride. They were there right on time to pick us back up. Driver was very patient while we loaded 2 car seats and had to buckle 3 children up with the door open and letting cold in. I am very happy with our service and highly recommend this company. If you can't reach them be mindful that they may be the only cab company and may be busy which we saw first hand. But for us they allowed us to go to a Broadway Play which we thought we would have to cancel due to another cab company lying to us and supposed to pick us up and never answered the phones for over an hour. Thank you Town Taxi for allowing our children to make the Rudolph play which was apart of their Christmas gifts you were a life saver tonight!

Below speed and can't follow directions! Not the best cab. Driver says mark. Good luck!

My husband called for a ride home and was told it would be a 45 minute wait. However, the driver showed up an hour and a half later!!!! When he called the dispatcher they said the driver was "on his way" but didn't show up for another thirty minutes. We will never use their services again. I guess, Uber it is! It's a shame because we try to support local businesses but if they are going to treat you like this forget it!!! They're not the only option in town.
