Green acres apts are poorly managed and in poor condition. They make the outside look good in order to attract people looking for an apt. The apts are terribly outdated, mice infested, doors that are supposed to be securely locked don't work. I could go on. Since I've been living here, management has changed 3 times!!! I used to like it here when I first moved in. It has gone downhill!!! I wouldn't recommend ANYONE to move here. $$ is their only concern. If you read the reviews from other tenants, they say the same. I can't wait until my lease is up. I will be moving.
I’ve been living here since March & when I say this has been one of my biggest regrets I mean it. This place is disgusting it took 5 months for them to locate my mailbox , why I can’t control the heat that I PAY FOR!! I call the leasing office & they never answer the phone. I asked them to fix my door because I have bugs coming through the bottom since the door isn’t leveled off properly. The outside is well kept but the inside of the apartments are outdated & raggedy. The maintenance guy doesn’t speak English so when he’s sent to do work orders we can’t communicate so I can tell him what needs to be done. I’m just so over this place I can’t wait to move!!!
This apartment complex has a gym where tenants can work out. It's located in the building where the rental office is matter-of-fact gym is in the room beside the rental office . From what I seen/ heard it's very peaceful/quiet outside. Ppl are housed 2gether according to your age range. i.e.1if you're ok with the occasional loud music playingw/in reason&respectneighbors, then you can be housed in that apt. building! 2if you're a tenant w/kids, then an apt in those types of buildings are the ones for you/your family. 3your the type of tenant that prefers a little peace and quiet then you'll like/love living in that atmosphere/ apt building.,etc.etc. The manager, 2me, has a keen eye as to what surroundings you'll find fitting to your needs/wants/lifestyle, etc. Some apartments has its very own personal balcony, it's splendid for the Spring & Summer times!! The apartments 2me has that @ home that's filled w/ love . how I feel about it Ppl check it out with your own eyes and then report what you SEE, ? This is just my opinion/ thoughts/ feelings... I've been looking at a lot of places to live, and usually I get the -FOR-YOUR-LIFE feeling my always agree with my feelings so does my feet!!IJS My pics will be here very SOON, ???
This place is infested with mice and they do not care. The only time I genuinely felt cared about as a tenant was when Sam was property manager. He took care of everything right then and there. Maintenance takes forever and sometimes doesn’t do the job all the way. I can’t wait until my lease is up to get out of here ! It’s absolutely disgusting.
Poor management. Rude staff. Mouse infested. Heat is always broken. Don’t move here.
This place is good and nice I would love to love and bring my family here
I've been a resident a little over 2 years. Mgmt changed 3 times since I've been living here. Smh. I doubt if I would recommend anyone to move here. Too many problems to list. Mgmt office is hardly ever open. My biggest concern is safety. Front doors are always unlocked. You don't know who's who coming in. Green Acres need to do better
Horrible maintenance service and terrible service I have called them multiple times to fix my power problems and they don’t even bother to answer the phone. The maintenance guy says he’ll be right there and never show up. I would not recommend living here.
I live at Green Acres for 3 years. I want to give the most honest review for individuals who are seriously looking to move. It's very difficult to find a helpful review these days so here are my pros and cons. Pros: The apartments are very spacious and unique. The second bedroom was so spacious that I could fit two beds plus extra space with two walkin closets. They are very affordable than any other area in Baltimore City. The area is safe, I never had a break-in or any signs of being in danger. Quest property also pays water bill, which is awesome. Cons: Green Acres has potential to be nice, but the inside needs work. I took care most of my own fixing in the apartment. I had the fire department, health inspector install carbon dioxide detectors in each room. The doors are so old they require a key that is no longer made. So I had them put knew door handles on. The apartments are old, so there are a lot of small wholes under the vents which allow mice and bugs in. The washer and dryer is in the basement. The basement is so scary looking. Kind of remind me of a haunted house. I never used the washer and dryer. My message to green Acres and Quest. Please start investing in your property so that tenants can stay. This property is apart of your brand so take pride in fixing this place up so people can live comfortably.
I have been a resident of Green Acres for about a month, less than two weeks after moving in, I have witnessed a high infestation of roaches and mice! I am furious that my family and I have been mislead and subjected to this type of living. What I don't understand is, the exterminator indicated they are providing services on a weekly basis and upon request; so why has the infestation increased within a 48 hour period. I strongly do not recommend anyone renting from Green Acres and if you are a current reside, prepare to get out as soon as possible. This is not a place to call home...for anyone!
