Ivymount Apartments

I’ve lived at Ivymount over 14 years and love it. Staff are friendly and responsive. Issues are resolved quickly. Have never seen or heard anyone mention roaches like one of the reviews claims. Mice try to get in when it gets cold in the fall as has happened most places I’ve lived but staff responds quickly.

My roommates and I experience here was HORRIBLE. We were constantly harassed by management. Had several maintenance and mice issues that went unresolved. It was the worst living experience we have ever had. Please live elsewhere.

I have lived here for almost a year. My fiancé is getting a job in DC. We decided to upgrade to a bigger apt., staying at Ivymount, as she would rather take on the terrible commute for Baltimore to DC then move out from Ivymount. Peppie and Sandy were awesome with hooking us up with a great new apt. That about sums it up as to how wonderful this place is!

Outstanding value. Very well maintained, continually upgraded. Full time maintenance staff, at the door refuse pick up three times per week, unique floor plan, in the city but you feel your in the burbs. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately i was forced to move because of their roach problem, I hope no one else has to go through what i did. I would not recommend moving there unless the problem has been resolved.

Water constantly being shut off. Electricity as well. Management not incentivized to resolve issues promptly and does not provide solutions which are practical. Avoid this place

It's beautiful. The landscaping and all. The people there are very friendly. Good place to raise a family and kids.

If I could rate this place on just the staff at the office I would honesty say hire new staff! Unprofessional and aggressive.
