I have lived here for three years, beginning my fourth year, and it is a great place to live. I love my apartment, and the grounds are well kept and maintained. It is quiet and people are friendly. Office staff is responsive and helpful. The location is very convenient. Trash removal is frequent and consistent. The pool and gym are great. COVID was handled well. Security is good because one has to have a code to get in the building. I feel safe walking around the neighborhood. I've had no problems getting packages. I definitely recommend living here.
I recently renewed my lease for another year and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The location is great, the amenities are top-notch, and the overall condition of the apartment is excellent. The service is always prompt. I highly recommend this apartment complex.
I’ve live here since 2017 staff is friendly, maintenance is better but I have issues with the common areas not kept clean enough inside and outside it needs a deep cleaning spider webs, dust, dead bugs, etc, the lack of trimming the branches in front of the building and near parking lot, pest issues, and sometimes the entrance door doesn’t lock so anyone w/o a code can enter. They took away the storage area so if you need storage you’ll have to pay for public storage. Plus my rent is going up $110 more this year. If it continues like this I’m not sure if it’s worth it.
I’ve lived here almost two years and the mice have always been a problem. Maintenance tells you they can plug up the holes but the mice will just create new ones. So basically you’re just stuck living with mice. They send an exterminator but they need to repair these old buildings so the mice can’t get in in the first place. The appliances are old and the windows let in all of the air from outside. Being on the top floor you have vault ceilings in half of the apartment so your Bge bill gets insane. The cost of living here isn’t worth it but everything is overpriced now so you end up being stuck here.
I've posted a review recently but somehow it's not here anymore. So this had better not disappear again for some strange reason. If you want to live here, you have to pay for your dog to stay here, but mice get to live freely and happily while you're asleep. The mice always outsmart the traps that about 3 different pest companies put down and can climb onto your counters, couches, and stoves. I've dealt with this problem almost ever since my family and I started living here back in 2019. Twin Ridge should be called Twin Rats because no matter how much you catch and kill, more always come. They don't want to take the necessary actions against the infestation it is at the level of an infestation. I've recently caught 3 mice in one week and more still come. I've put in numerous maintenance requests for the same thing and nothing stops these mice from coming in at all. I have babies and my patience has ran thin. If you're considering Twin Ridge, you're only paying for the location of the complex and not the actual value. The apartment and it's Appliances are old. There are many holes in the buildings more holes were made on the outside perimeter walls in an attempt to get rid of mice which only caused more to come. They took away the storage rooms for some reason and said that it's something that will benefit us residents. Sometimes an AC unit for the apartment above you will have an issue causing water buildup to leak down into your unit's ceiling. There's always some type of water problem that causes the water to be off for at least an hour or 2 about 2 times every 2 months or so. I would never recommend anyone to live here.
I've been living in a Twin Ridge apartment for close to twelve years, and I love it. The apartments are spacious, the neighborhood is generally friendly and quiet, maintenance requests are always filled promptly and correctly, and the management is very responsive. Easily the best apartment experience I've had!
So far, so good! We moved in two weeks ago and have no complaints. The facilities are a great size for the price and the neighborhood is super cute and safe. The staff is wonderful and always helpful. Package delivery is easy and proximity to dumpsters for trash removal is optimal. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings **update** Still going well! We’re planning to renew our lease as the facilities are well kept and maintenance requests are almost always taken care of in a timely manner.
My wife and I lived here for two years beginning in 2009. Twin Ridge was a nice place to call home. Some things to consider if you’re thinking about moving in – if you live on the main level you will hear every time someone punches in their code to come in and the outer security doors are heavy and make a distinct sound every time they’re opened from the inside and the outside. We had a recurring mice issues, although not so bad that I would say the place was infested, just when the weather gets cold in the late fall we would get a mouse or two. Twin Ridge was good about sending an exterminator out, but ultimately the mice kept coming back. As someone that grew up in the country I was not really put off by that but know some neighbors who were. The pool is great, and the grounds are kept up well. The one time our drain backed up and we needed emergency service, maintenance was there in 10 minutes and had it all fixed quickly. They were good about maintaining everything inside the apartment. Cautionary note – they are sticklers for the carpet at the close of your lease so do your best to clean it and keep it from getting stained or damaged. Overall it was a clean, safe place to live that was surprisingly quiet for an apartment. I would have no problem recommending Twin Ridge to friends and family.
