I'm thrilled that my favorite farmer's market has a West Loop location. While we have a great selection of grocery stores in the area, nothing tops a Green City Market farmer's market on a Saturday! Their selection is top notch for local/sustainable/delicious produce, meats and dairy.

This niche market has just what you need - delicious fruits, vegetables and prepared foods. Better yet, you can feel good about shopping at the market because its better for YOU (healthy, fresh, 3rd party certified), better for our local economy (family-owned, independent vendors), and better for the world (sustainable, responsibly raised). Great experience, smaller than others but intimate with good produce, flowers and baked goods!

Very small farmers market, but in a lovely park. Great for tomatoes in the summer.

So nice that the Lincoln Park location has expanded to the West Loop. Ongoing - Saturdays June to October.
