The Riverside Farmer's Market is a true gem! Nestled in downtown Riverside, the variety of farmers, services, goods and yummy food are tremendous. Start with a smoothie, stroll the market for fresh organic meats & eggs, cheeses, veggies galore, plants, doggie treats, parisian pastries, locally made chocolates and so much more. End your trip with dinner from one of the delicious offerings available at the market. Everyone at the market is incredibly kind and they even offer carts to carry everything to your car! It couldn't be any easier to buy local and organic.

Mary Kay, good news as it seems that your issue was resolved in 2017 as the market was moved so that shoppers only walk on paved pathways.

I am disabled, and have to use a cane to walk. The way it is set-up this year, I cannot get to all the tents. I cannot walk on the grass (it is uneven, and if wet, a can sinks into the mud, and I'm afraid of falling. If the booths were set up so people can walk down the street that is blocked off, people like me could navigate better. I also noticed people in wheelchairs that had the same issue.
