Greyhound: Bus Station

It's a bus station. The clerk was very patient and knowledgeable. At first glance you might think the other passengers looked rough but really the other passengers were very considerate and polite. Probably a little tired from their travels. Like me they were just trying to get somewhere as quickly as possible. There wasn't anyone that caused me to worry about my safety. They also have a security guard present.

Good station. Plenty outlets and seating. Cozy. Just be prepared for delays! Awesome store across the street... Thai market. Try the Turkey legs! Awesomeness

I lost everything I own on a bus trying to get from Oklahoma to Idaho. You think since you pay so much for the ticket that actually spend a little more time making sure the luggage gets to the right person. I understand it's your responsibility but what are they getting paid for? Seriously it's overpriced for the shity service I received. Then I get a ticket to go to Casper Wyoming from Denver and then pretty much dumped me off at a bus stop and Cheyenne Wyoming and the bus driver didn't even have the decency to give me the rest of my stuff off the bus.

Oh!! Where to start. First of all there was all kinds of confusing on the buses. The driver was really rude. Like she was God and she controls everything. My in laws was was there 1 hour before they departure time, but noone was working the counter. Noone there to answer questions, direct people to the right buses, help control the people at the station. There was really some shady stuff going on. Than after we were there for 2 hours and the bus was suppose to leave at 6 am. It did not pull out until after. My 80 year old father in law and mother in law had to sit on that bus for 2.5 hours before it even left the station. Which cause every stop to be late. They missed every connection to the other buses and had to pay more money because of the difference in prices. Not a happy about this at all. I called to find out why the delay. I was told that they could not give me that information because the tickets were not in my name. I bought the tickets. They did not care.

This is a terrible business. They won't ever answer their phones. Their bus drivers will not share any information as to what is happening with their delays. Their main number can never reach the local lines. My grandson was stuck at Chicago Greyhound station for 15 hours with no place to sleep, nothing to eat and no information. We finally got him on a bus and now that bus is missing... he is missing.... and no one will answer their calls. This is criminal! We treat animals better !!
