Oklahoma City

I have been traveling ftom Phoenix, AZ sinve yesterday afternoon. This is my first time traveling with Greyhound. I was yelled at by a ghetto, loud driver for not having my head phones in while boarding. I asked her why she was speaking to me in that manner. She continued with her disgusting attitude. Rolling her eyes and mumbling under her breath she left the bus. Apparently she went to get the supervisor of the Oklahoma City location. His name is Parker. He lied to me saying that he was going to speak to us both and try to find a resolution. I explained to him that I have a sick loved obe at home that needs a caregiver. He then told me that I had to catch the next bus at 5:30pm. The same time I was originally supposed to arrive at my destination. The bus driver then leaves while laughing and she goes outside and pulls off. My carry on bag is still on the bus since I was under the impression that we would have a talk about her rude and unnecessary behavior. I will never travel through greyhound ever again. I am sick to my stomach about this entire experience. I will be telling everyone about this awful experience.
