Great indoor area with bathrooms, and plenty of space to walk around inside while you wait. The Amtrak personnel came in about 45 min before boarding and informed everyone of what to do when they were ready board. The staff was friendly, the station was clean inside and felt safe! They boarded us about 25 min before the train left and were right on time!

Small station. Construction around but easy to navigate. Enter and take the stairs or elevator up to the second level and board your train. Helpful conductors. Pulled my name up on their handhelds and directed me to my train easily. Can't complain for a first Amtrak ride.

See Norman review.. Evil biased conductor that needs fired..never more humiliated in my life...what an evil jerk..shame amtrak ohh n BTW Amtrak u condone verbal abuse of minors??? Cuz this I promise u..u humiliated n lied about my then minor son..said all of us stink. Including him n alienated us. Including him in an empty car..disgusting

Very small and dirty station. Used it once and promised myself if I made it out alive that I would not make the mistake of the Heartland Flyer again. No organization either as everyone just people watch out of boredom with nothing to do or sit while you are waiting to leave.
