I cannot get anyone to answer the damn phone here!! I've spoken to the customer service number and they said "well we tell them to TRY to answer the phone." I am now currently attempting to call the Savannah location. Wanda answered the phone, huffing and puffing like I was inconveniencing her time. My grandfather is passing away in Illinois and I am trying to leave a day earlier than my ticket purchase says. I am willing to pay the $20 difference to change it one day. They are saying that the type of ticket I bought does not allow altering. I get it, but I have a valid family emergency and I am willing to pay the change fee that is allowed on other types of tickets. The supervisor at the customer service number told me there's nothing he can do and to call Savannah to see what they can do. Wanda just basically told me, tough luck!!! I will NEVER use greyhound again, no matter how cheap it is!!

WoW!!! Not only do they not answer the Phone at this location, when I did finally find out where it was located because the Google Map has you on the other side of Hinesville and the Greyhound Map has it at the corner of Hwy 196 and Hwy 84, and it is actually 4 miles West of that Map location on Hwy 196, I walk in and ask if thus is the Greyhound location at the Fleming Food Mart, the Clerk with a 3rd Grade Education tells me "Someone dropped that Greyhound Computer off and it does not work and she does not know what it does", as she points at the Computer. I walk back outside and see a really nice Greyhound sign on the Building that looks like it has been there for awhile...Save yourself Time and Aggravation and use the Savannah location...
