VERY UNPLEASANT TRIP to our destination! We used 2 buses from this company to take our students to Orlando. The 1st bus blew a tire, we had to pile on the 2nd bus and wait 4 hours in a town until they sent another bus. Instead, the company rented a 12 passenger van, along with the 1st bus for a total of 72 people! The air went out in the 2nd bus, there are 3 students to some seats, 2 staff members had to ride on the floor where no air is flowing, the fan is blowing heat out, the driver has an attitude with staff for asking him for the Admin Business Office number and is driving VERY SLOW! The Admin Business office REFUSED to call us to let us know what was going on! They are not concerned with the customer's best interest, just with their money!
