Greyhound: Bus Station

Your average metro bus station... transients were encouraged to move along. Seemed safe overall.

Due to inclement weather traveling up I-75, we missed the bus, but were fine knowing we could get a transfer/exchange for the next bus. No, that didn't happen. The guy at the desk was no help, all the time saying "you see what I'm saying". He tells me that I can't get on the next two buses, but I can get on the 3rd but to come. I asked what the difference between the two - next bus and 3rd bus - and he couldn't answer the question. Really? I called customer service, and of course the incompetence continued. The next bus came and left...

Small station that is clean and well managed! The gentleman that runs this location is on the ball and doesn't put up with anyone that disturbs the customers or acts out! He takes care of the customers and keeps the place very clean..including the restrooms! I have upgraded from 4 to 5 stars since seeing more improvements in some areas...This station is located near the current construction at Interstate 75 and Interstate 16, so traffic is frequently busy and the parking out front is limited, but more is available on the back side of facility.

This is not about the station but about Grayhound. Somewhere between Atlanta and Mobil we made a stop, some people got to take a break. Everyone got back on the bus, the driver hot in closed the door. As he was starting the two gentleman came out of the. With two men were knocking on the door to be let in the driver looking at them put the bus in reverse and left them standing there. What an ass. So be careful with Grayhound.

Well, if you haven't read any of the reviews online about this racist POS company, you will read one now. Apparently if you are white, you will be put in place because the folks that run the company and the drivers and the assistants will tell you that anyone cutting You off is right! It doesn't matter if you stand in line and calmly walk up to the driver with your ticket, then someone cuts you off... That's ok. Don't use this POS company. Avoid it all costs.
