Kingsmen Coach Line

In August (2017) Kingsmen Coach Line provided us with a very professional driver (Maurice). Not only was the adults pleased with our driver but the children on board appreciated the way he cared about our travel. No, not everything was perfect, but Maurice handled everything in a professional manner that let the children know they were safe. We really appreciated his kindness and mannerism. I recommend using Kingsmen Coach Line to all and ask for Maurice.

The worst customer service every by the bus driver Maurice. act like he did not wanted to take the trip or drive for us he did not smile he was in personable. On our way to Daytona he told us that we had to get off the bus so that he can go fuel the bus. On the way back he did not have the air-conditioner on we could not watch the movie the radio didn't work he dropped off the first party at their stop then he passed his second stop to go fuel up the bus why passengers were on the bus didn't make an announcement to let us know what he was doing I just say is the worst customer service ever and I would not use this bus line with this coach line ever again and if someone was to mention this coach line to me I would tell them all about my experience

I have nothing but good things to say, my Non Profit Organization, Prestigious Ladies in Pink CO chartered a bus to Savannah this weekend. The driver Zues was very professional and engaging to his guest, he was prompt and most of all the bus was clean, the restroom was fresh and all the amenities on the bus were in working order. We will definetly be recommending this business to all of our famiy friends and colleagues.

This was my organization PLPCO first bus charter and it has been nothing but pleasant from being with Ms. SHELIA to the end. Excellent driver ..shout out to Mr. ZEUS. Definable will recommend to others to this business.
