Megabus is horrible I'd would never use them if it wasn't for my mother I beg her to take another way I don't mind paying. THE HAVE NO ONE FROM AMERICA THAT CAN SPEAK ENGLISH AS A FIRST LANGUAGE AND the overall Customer Service is horrible the Don't listen and don't follow their rules when it applies to megabus which is false advertising. On this call Adam the supposed to be SUPERVISOR get on the phone and says he have all the info but ask me for the info again. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND LOOK AT YOUR WEB SITE!!!!!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY NO STARS

Paid $30 for a ticket and was told that the bus was delayed 90 to 120 minutes but I should still arrive at my originally scheduled time if I wanted to be guaranteed a seat. I had an important meeting that day and couldn't risk missing it, so I called megabus to ask when I could expect the bus to arrive, and they told me 3.5 hours after the original departure time. At this point I decided to ask for a refund for my ticket but I was told that megabus "isn't responsible for the timeliness" and no refund would be offered. At this point I decided to never book with megabus again. The employee on the phone was nice and sympathetic; I give him a 10/10 on service. But to megabus as a whole, you get an F. Seriously never gonna look to book on your site again.

I wish there was 0 star. Fact: April 4th, 530pm MegaBus from Columbia, SC to Atlanta.
Negative service experience, many passengers been waiting here for more than 5hrs (I finally left at 10pm), been trying to call its customer service (which was just a joke) no specific answer, explanation or solution.
I don't know how late the bus finally arrived, but what the passenger got were just two BS emails, one sent on 630pm noticing "2-3 hr delay"; one sent on April 5th 320am saying "we will investigate"...what they can do is just compensate the ticket value (oh, they charge seat & service fees when booking, doubt they would return this part)
But how about valuable hours of wasting from the passengers and their friends and family been waiting for them? The brand management was a disaster. Gook luck if you choose taking MegaBus.

Megabus DRIVER treats people poorly if they are DARK SKINNED, he got a ticket for speeding and WE WERE LATE getting back to Atlanta.
very unprofessional young driver, yesterday evening (MARCH 30, 2017 THURSDAY). I was to catch a 6:50pm bus from Charlotte, NC to Atlanta and the driver was rude to me and had me stand out in the rain even though I had no luggage.
YET, if I were of a lighter complexion and flirted with him it would've turned out differently because a light skin female had him risking his job, inconveniencing everyone else on board and had us leave 20 minutes late so someone could bring her something. And she was all smiles about it.
I guess dude was speeding after because the police stopped us in South Carolina for half an hour or more and gave him A TICKET. KARMA got him quick lol. We didn't get to Atlanta til 1am and I had to get an uber despite having a marta card. DUDE is going to cause a lawsuit one day, he needs to realize this is 2017 not 1950s.

The worst ride in my life... Rude & unprofessional bus drivers... Outlets & wifi never work... Bathrooms dirty... & most of all customer service is no help & they told me there is no corporate #
