Greyhound Lines Maintenance

My greyhound bus broke down and we were stranded for hours. Upon waking I passed my driver while going to relieve myself and charge my phone , who was charging his phone at the Commerce gas station; where we were waiting. I came out to find everyone gone!! I had to drive to GH maintenance with the GH tow driver. No one ever apologized for my inconvenience and to this day I do not have my luggage.

Buses aren't always ready for service. Previous defects go unaddressed. Snobby driver management.

This location and Forsyth Stations are a COMPLETE DUMP. UNSAFE, CRIME RIDDLED areas. The restrooms were DISGUSTINGLY FILTHY WITH URINE ON FLOORS, TOO SMALL for the large waiting crowds. Greyhound should be ashamed of themselves to call these two locations a "bus station". I'm certain there are prison detention centers that are on better shape than these two locations - especially FORSYTH station. It's way too small here to accommodate the waiting passengers. 2 toilet stalls for hundreds of waiting people. The city of Atlanta will be notified as soon as I get to a terminal. This is a public safety hazard in many ways.

They are not very friendly with customers. They kept talking to each other instead of helping customers. They are very loud. It was hard for me to talk with the guy. Service was so bad. They dont care to respond to my questions. So tired of them. I hated their service. I would rather pay 100$ to taxi and go their instead of going through greyhound.
