It's actually really good. The prices aren't too high. I would recommend if you don't travel by plane.

Good safe service just be really clear on seating. Buy your seats straight through to your destination in Mexico . Susanna and Gabriella made sure I had the best trip. I am disabled and have trouble sitting on one side of the bus so they made sure that I had the right seat. I had plenty of leg room. The drivers were awesome we stopped in safe places to eat. For all the people who are complaining about the many stops and how long it takes you're riding a bus that's what buses do that it's not like flying a plane this bus company is very very very nice the drivers help you with everything. They don't leave the one destination and leave people behind if you're supposed to be somewhere at a certain time you pretty much there on time. I'm happy I've been riding Toronado for a long time I have no complaints.

The prices are the same as the airplane, so is better to take the airplane. And you will get there in a hour. Not 15 hours.

People didn't respect our seats and were rude. They gave us our seat numbers and they gave other people the same seat number when I had my tickets ready for a round trip.

Would have gave 5 stars, but the seats feel like rocks. Not comfortable one bit
