How much dirt and grime can combine in a lowly place. Greyhound can do a lot better. 9 hours from Charlotte to Atlanta. Ridiculous

Do not ship any items with these incompetent imbecils. They lost a box of mine and they haven't picked up my last 36 calls. I am now in a different state and can only rely on communications through the phone. Instead of sending one of packages to the actual Greyhound station in my city, they sent it to a shady gas station further away without giving me a heads up. Extremely dishonest and useless customer service also.

Worst customer service ever. Long lines. Self- service machines never work. Needs to upgrade. Can't believe it's not a better ran business. Hope it gets better with time.

We are trying to help out a family member with a bus ticket.  Went to pay for the ticket on the Greyhound and they try to charge an extra $18.  They call it a GTO, gift ticket fee.  There is no justification for this other then they are trying to take advantage of people.  I would love to hear there reply to this.
