"Service Last" would be a better name for this organization. The bus never showed up and, since it was a Saturday, there was no one to answer our calls. A major event for over 50 young musicians had to be canceled. It has been almost a year since then, and I've faced a complete run-around regarding a refund, which should have been issued immediately. It seems legal proceedings are our only option.

Absolute worst company ever to deal with. We waited for 45 minutes before deciding to drive ourselves to a wedding 2 hours away. There were over 40 guests waiting for this bus to take us and we all ended up driving. They will not pick up their phone and the the other numbers were disconnected.

Bus driver gave me the finger! Terrible! I called the office and they hung up on me. I called the corporate office and they told me to call this office back,and they hang up again! Totally unprofessional and a lot of the drivers are drunks! They drive the buses like they are going to hell in a hand basket! Assclowns!

This company is extremely unprofessional. I wish that Kipp contracts with another transportation facility. Constantly having mechanical issues, employs drivers who can not maintain order on buses. One bus driver particular Ms.Tina is very rude and I have witness her drive fast, fail to signal for stops in a timely manner and drop off students unsafely in the middle of the street

Bus is never once time to pick up kids in the mornings and always late dropping off in the evening not very professional especially bus 147 always
