Overall not bad considering funding some drivers are a bit lacking in professionalism but when overall capturing to the marta or even Gwinnett CCT is maintaining with plenty room for improvement

Just terrible on every level. No schedules posted anywhere or ones that seem to be adhered to The drivers are rude and don't seem to know or care about the services provided. Hands down the worst public transportation I have ever seen. If you can avoid, please do.

HORRIBLE!!!!! The people on phone don’t listen and give you info not based on LISTENING .... Can they not look at schedule???? And why are they NOT open on Saturday??? I thought Gwinnett was bad. The website WORTHLESS schedule is Off and tracker is a JOKE. It’s saturday no traffic and bus so far almost 20 minutes late🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤮 They must have nasty attitude training😱🤮

Except for once the service was great. The 1 time, no air and the bus kept stopping.

Rude and ghetto unprofessional drivers. I have never seen such uncivilized people and yeah I pray daily to witness the day a cct bus will come on time because it has never happened before.
