HURRICANE KATRINA!!!! (Atlanta, GA County Line Rd) The woman operating this company is disgusting when it comes to commitment and customer service. In this case, I should've judged the book by its' sloppy, unorganized and unprofessional cover. She was mean not only to mean but her own passengers to whom she told to "shut his ignorant a** up". She gave us a bus that had an inoperative lavatory, broken TV and sound system, AND it broke down on the way home due to low fluids and a slightly flat and bald set of tires that could've been avoided had they checked the condition of the bus prior to us leaving. I will never waste my money again by choosing a garbage bus charter line. TERRIBLE. She's got many negative reviews on other websites including the BBB, do your research.
