C & H Bus Lines Inc

C & H bus #209 was parked in front of Buena Vista Suites Hotel in Orlando, FL on April 3, 2018 at 8am. My family and I (group of 6 people) went inside the bus thinking that it was the shuttle service to Disney. I was last in line and I was handing the driver my voucher as I greeted him"Good morning! and asked if this was the shuttle to Disney. Driver ignored me. He didn't take the voucher and didn't respond to my question either. I sat down closest seat in front of the bus. As all of us were seated, driver turns around and starts shouting at us, "Get out of my bus!" My family and I were puzzled and confused. I asked him again, "Is this the shuttle service to Disney?" He yells again, "Get out of my bus! I don't have to answer you.!" I was shaking from being so upset about the incident. My children, cousin, niece and I exited the bus and went straight to the hotel desk and told them what happened. That was unacceptable behavior and so unnecessary. . No one should have to experience such a horrible treatment such as that. Heavy set, Black with an Island accent ( either Jamaican or Haitian). He ruined our morning. My family and I are on vacation. I didn't want my kids to witness such a harsh, rude behavior like that from anyone!

The bus driver of bus 209 was very rude. We accidentally got onto the wrong bus (his bus). We didn't mean to, and we apologized for making that mistake. When we got onto his bus we got settled and sat down, still unaware that it was definitely the wrong bus. All of a sudden, the bus driver is barking at us to leave! At first we all thought it was a joke, but then he began to raise his voice, and literally terrified my entire family. We're sorry for getting on the wrong bus, however how forcefully he told us to get off was just too impolite. You should never talk to a stranger like that. It was a mistake, for sure.
