Macon Transit Authority and Macon Terminal Station

Rude improfessional one guy stopped aat the bus stop and saw me there and didnt open the door and took off. Not only that they keep makeing me pay for all the bus cards and they dont work.

Riding the bus up until this point has been fine. On June 23 at around 9:20 we picked up the bus to Kroger on Northside. The driver told us that we were standing in the wrong place for the bus stop and should be standing in front of a restaurant. We were; she picked us up in front of the building beside it. When we got to our stop, my husband and I were in the process of gathering a stroller and a car seat with our son sleeping inside. No warning or bothering to look back, the bus driver starts to take off. The bus driver just says, "What's wrong with you?" No apology, just in a rush as she was running late at the time. I nearly dropped my child. Worst experience to date! I'll be looking carefully as to who drives the buses from now on. I will not be trusting this woman behind a wheel again.

I was on the bus stop at the Cottages on Wesylan on Wesylan Dr. with no other way home been at work all day and stood on the bus stop for 30 min. and the bus driver kept going... low down ... I never rode one since ... I left several messages no one returned A single call...The ones in charge don't give A F*** because they get A check regardless..and the drivers too and know they won't be held responsible for their actions...but i it's s immorally wrong..some people really depends on this unethical and inconsiderable service then get treated badly... I am A African American Woman so their were no racial issues as the driver was A African Male that he know should have stopped for me.. I just wish they do away with it and get another bus service... garbage service... and this wasn't the first time... most of them are low down... For the older guy who didn't stop for me... please retire before you drive off on someone who retaliate for being so low down.. you wouldn't want anyone to do you or your family member that way.. And may God Bless you !!!... I rate MTA ...00000 STARS ... THEY WOULDN'T LET ME PUT MY RATE SO I CHOOSE 1 STAR.. BUT LET IT BE KNOWN AND WRITTEN ITS ACTUALLY 5-00000 STARS= That's 0×5 of no STARS !!!BE GONE FOR EVER...FOR BETTER WILL SURELY COME!!! AND THE OLD WILL WITHER AWAY LIKE DEAD GRASS!😠😠😠
