Columbus Metra Transit System

The service sucks like he'll. Got a bunch of blacks who do t really know they jobs. The buses are never on ti.e then they want to make up kids to cover themselves

Been riding Metra since I was a kid cause they're a reliable source of transportation in our fair city.

Very unorganized, the staff including the drivers, when you call or when you go to the station are all rude. They have very nasty attitudes. Of course the busses rarely run on schedule or better yet they'll just breakdown completely. Columbus + Public transportation = Awful

The metro transportation system here in Columbus Ga is terrible!...its like they are more so worried about burning extra gas then really providing reliable service to people with no transportation!... Some places that don't even go especially way north side...oh...they say people out that way don't ride the bus!....I always thought the bus system should be able to go everywhere around the city!!..who are you to say you don't ride the bus or not....you don't know who may need a ride to a place where your system don't stop bc you say people all have cars in a certain area!...it mm needs to provide better services or just close the whole transportation system down!

I was without a car and had to use the bus system. They were very helpful with my confusion of the bus to get on as well as my need of a bus pass. When i call they always answer and tell me if the bus has been at my stop or not. There are a few routes that could be adjusted or added to the list but overall a very good experience.
