Greyhound: Bus Station

I arrived at this station ,it's not far from my house ,phone doesn't get answered a lot. The lady at the front desk seems very ..nervous and unsure of what she is doing ,I've been waiting for one of my shipped items for over a month and she has helped me a little bit in locating it. The hours are confusing and inconvenient and the phones aren't answered much. I luckily live close by and can just walk there but for others it may be a issue ,overall 2 stars,I'm not impressed but I do think it could be worse.

Lady ran out of office early. Before she was to be closed. Was extremely rude. Would not allow me even ask a question. Made racial slurs and cussed at me. I had small children with me. Horrible experience. I just wanted to go home and see my family. Now I may need to seek counseling for my children.

Great experience, friendly staff, buses were clean. Despite delay, communication was good.

All I gotta say is if your traveling after 12pm make sure you come in early to get your tickets and before 12pm because inside will be close and you will be locked out from inside standing outside waiting for your bus. If you have any question you have to go in because there’s no reason to bother calling, no one will answer the phone.
