Great park, we will be back. Surprisingly clean bathrooms. Friendly rangers. Downside was that trains ran by our campground all night. No firewood for purchase on site but was available right outside.

It's just so beautiful every time I go there! I don't really like the narrow ish roads but the lake is so beautiful.

This is a great place to camp. There is a beautiful lake and lots of places to pitch your tents. There are bathrooms at multiple locations and the sites have fire pits and picnic tables. There is a cool little museum at the top that is ADA accessible. While interesting, some of the language and facts are dated to say the least. There are a couple of occurrences of the term "Red Man", referring to Native Americans. I am a history teacher and the idea that Natives were grateful for the coming of Europeans is a perversion of U.S. history.

I recommend going here if your driving through Guernsey. For a small town this is sure a high light!

When we visited in the middle of the week, we had the place to ourselves. Great scenery, beautiful accommodations.
