Elizabeth is blunt and not filtered at all just speaks very forward and as long as you are frank with her, she will be frank with you. She deals with tax problems in and out everyday collecting and paying out money. She's great at what she does and has thick skin but don't be fooled by the reviews of people they actively have garnishments on. If you had to give up your money then I'm sure you'd be just as crappy, and if you dealt with it all day, you would be the same way. She doesn't put up with bullsh** and has never been anything other than straight forwards with me. It's a hole in the wall building on a low income side of town. It serves it's purpose and I've had her and Tyler help me with my taxes for 2 years and there has been no problems. They are in the business of making money not being soft. If you can't handle the heat go to H&R block and hope you get your taxes done right by their seasonal trained staff. 😏

This place should be NO STARS!!! Very rude and unprofessional. After reading all the reviews, mine is almost the same. Elizabeth is very, very rude and unprofessional. Just as she was hanging up on me, she stated 'see, this is why I don't answer phone calls!" Wow! I called back to speak with someone else and she would not let me. I will be looking to report this place to the BBB and the Bar Association if I have to.

NO STARS! Rude and disrespectful to customers. Then just threaten to call the police on you for calling back to ask why you were just hung up on for trying to make payment arrangements. Smart for not listing an oweners number. Horrible employees with NO PROFESSIONAL SKILLS WHAT SO EVER. If this were my business I would be thouroughly ashamed.

Elizabeth is VERY RUDE! Sounds so un professional when she said " this isnt burger king, you dont get it your way!" I had to laugh! When I called back she kept hanging up on me! She sounded like a out of breath smoker!!!

Only reason I gave 1 star is because it was the only way to leave a review.. Where do I start I simply called this company to get some information and I couldn't even finish my first sentence before Elizabeth cut me off by laughing and telling me what she couldn't do..Hung up in my face screaming and yelling..The girl Karly is her little side kick because she was rude right along with her..How do I find the cooperate office?
