This place is a JOKE. After paying two years on time every two weeks, they stopped sending bills (or what they call payment reminders) and stopped taking money out of my bank account so I assumed we were paid off, like a normal person would. Then all of a sudden we got a Garnishment letter with no warning, no phone calls or nothing. I tried to call today to resolve the matter but the Supervisor Kenzie was very unwilling to help me resolve my problem. Basically told me to bad they're was nothing they would do. So you mean to tell me after paying two years on an account that I would just stop paying the bill???? This is exactly how they treat their clients and get more money. This business is very unprofessional.

Don't believe all the negative reviews on TAB Services. I've had major medical issues throughout my life and I've unfortunately always fought with collections agents as I can never keep up with all my medical bills as a single parent. From my experiences, TAB has been one of the most professional and thoughtful collections agencies to deal with. They've always worked to build affordable payment plans with me and they ALWAYS RETURN MY CALLS, you have no idea how important that is when you're trying to protect your credit from negative impacts. Unfortunately, a lot of the reviews on this company fail to realize TAB cannot perform miracles. Doing anything with a credit report takes at least 30 days, and typically 60-90 days; this is not TAB's fault, but simply status quo for the credit reporting agencies. My credit score has gone up 200 points in the last 3 years and working with TAB has been a major part of that. Just be honest with them about what you can and cannot do to make payments and return their calls promptly. Take responsibility for your debt and realize TAB did not put you in this situation. I'm very thankful for this organization's respectful agents and all the diligent work they put in to help me resolve my debt in a fair and easy way. I would specifically like to thank Margaret for all her hard work! I greatly appreciate she has done for me and she is a truly valuable asset to this organization!

Calls during illegal hours, won't identify themselves when you call back, won't put anything in writing to show wherev they're trying to collect from, scammy as hell - "Jerry" particularly awful.

This collection agency has its practice down, so does their attorney, J Andrew Enlow and his son. This agency will not work with you, the attorney will not work with you. We fought this company and their attorney and lost, Judge Pace has awarded them and MARS, Inc over 95% of the time. They did their job well, the attorney told me I should've just paid even if I didn't owe because now I have to pay his fees. Yes, I'm upset that we lost but I'm more upset that the attorney acted like he would work with us, Mimi Fitzgerald acted the same way. She won't lie to you but she will mislead you and she's okay with that. I wish I could tell everyone to fight them, you have a chance, especially if you are in the right, but I don't believe that to be true. Good luck to you if you get turned over to them.

This is the second time I have had to deal with TAB Services. They have always been understanding and professional. From my experience if you are real with collection agents and treat them like normal people they are far easier to deal with. It's not their fault we didn't pay our bills and went into collections. They are simply trying to earn a paycheck.
