M.A.R.S. Collection Inc

This is the most unbelievably unprofessional company. They have been calling and harassing my son for months regarding a debt that is someone else's. They revealed the debtors name to me that they are trying to reach-huge violation-then when I kept telling the manager it was a mistake to be leaving harassing, threatening messages on my son's phone, she said "not a mistake" she was calling the number listed. HE HAS HAD THE SAME NUMBER FOR 10 YEARS!!!! Big mistake Tina Wilkerson! She was extremely rude and ended up hanging up on me...Great managerial skills Tina! So I called her boss Nick, another extremely rude person who acted like I was the one with the problem because I was irritated with their mistake. UNBELIEVABLE. This place should be shut down for all of the Fair Debt violations they make.

I have been trying to pay off a payment but I get the run around and they don’t want to take my payment simply because the phone froze when trying to attrempt the first time.. they are rude very rude I mean I work in a call center as well . One guy literally went off on me saying my money wasn’t good enough and in order to pay I had to pay money gram meaning I had to spend more money I just don’t understand why they won’t just charge my credit card I mean I’m trying to pay.

This collection agency has its practice down, so does their attorney, J Andrew Enlow and his son. This agency will not work with you, the attorney will not work with you. We fought this company and their attorney and lost, Judge Pace has awarded them and TAB over 95% of the time. They did their job well, the attorney told me I should've just paid even if I didn't owe because now I have to pay his fees. Yes, I'm upset that we lost but I'm more upset that the attorney acted like he would work with us, Mimi Fitzgerald acted the same way. She won't lie to you but she will mislead you and she's okay with that. I wish I could tell everyone to fight them, you have a chance, especially if you are in the right, but I don't believe that to be true. Good luck to you if you get turned over to them.

This company called me for someone else who I do not know and the lady was EXTREMELY rude when I told her she had the wrong number asked me if I knew the person she was looking for I told her no that I have had my phone number for 5 years she VERY rudely told me she didn't show it had been discounted and then hung up on me!

Extremely rude in the beginning. Told me I had to pay them in full immediately or else all these terrible things would happen and they told me they don't offer payment plans. Then I started calling in and telling them "I'm calling to pay towards my final balance, I can only pay $100 today and that is all I'm authorizing." Once they saw that I was making payments here and there as I could, they offered me a payment plan and I agreed to automatic withdraws and they were then able to work with me FINALLY after weeks of threats. Obviously, not a fun company to deal with.
