Found myself stranded on NJ turnpike . After I attempted to solve the problem myself I found my self in a wind tunnel created by passing tractor trailers @ 80mph+. Retreating back to my dump truck I had to make the call. It took a little bit but thank god I had a blanket and gloves. They showed up with the right equipment for the job. Hooked me up and took me to their yard. They had me back on the road in no time. Thanks for the help. I did learn never leave home with out a credit card. They say cheap ain’t good and they are good

When one of my customers broke down on the NJ Turnpike, Haines Towing quickly responded and brought them back their garage where I was able to give my customer a new truck to finish his route and take his disabled truck back for repairs. The people at Haines Towing were great to deal with, courteous and proffesional, making this experience easier for everyone! And did I mention those beautiful Big Wreckers?!? Awesome!!! Stay safe out there....

Rose, Ricky, and Shaun we're all courteous and understanding to my situation on the turnpike and helped my car, full of Holiday presents, get safely to a secure yard until after the New Year. Quick response time and reasonably priced!

Avoid at all costs! Car was towed - no problem there - after I paid 165.00 - cash only - I drove 5 feet and it was out of gas. So OK - gas station on the corner within walking distance - nope - NOT ALLOWED! What they did allow and demanded was that I pay 67.25 for 3 - three- gallons of gas to be purchased from them and only them. This robbery was so blatant and they acted as if I was the crazy one. I said I wanted to push the car off their property - nope - not allowed for insurance purposes. I think they drained my gas to get more money from me! My conclusion - beware of this place - there are many tow companies out there - no need to patronize these thieves and robbers.

I don't wish a tow on anyone... But I had a real bad blowout on the turnpike where my rim was shredded. The operator came out, ushered me to a safe place on the side of the highway while he carefully loaded my low riding porsche on a flatbed. Back at the shop he put my spare on and advised me not to take the highway back on the donut tire... All in all, very professional and safe operation.
