AAA South Jersey Voorhees Office

This should be a zero rating. I will not buy another battery from AAA. I am very disappointed they did not honor their warranty on batteries. I have a 2008 HHR. The battery was less than 3 years old. I had them to come out to check the battery because it was dead. The test came up inconclusive. They had to jump start the battery to test it. The technician took it out for me and I took it to Auto Zone and Advanced Auto and had it tested. They said the battery was bad. I called AAA one week later to have them retest it. They came out had to jump start the battery again (twice) because the first test did not work (March 1st) the technician starts banging on the tester because it wasn’t working it froze. He said the tester did not work. I asked if he had a backup tester he said no. So I ended up paying $138.00 for a new battery so I would not get charged a service call. Customer service called and asked me my satisfaction for the day I told them and she said the technician did note that I had concerns about the tester and the results. She sent an email to her manager who was supposed to have her manager call me. So today March 17, 2018 I finally hear from someone, and she said there were no notes on that in the computer. Lies and bad customer service. You will not get my money for a battery again! Maybe I should call channel 10 news and have them investigate it. An AAA manager called me after this review and said that will give me a pro rated refund. Thank You

Nice looking office. Went to the office with my wife to rent a car for vacation. The agent quoted me several prices for different cars. I asked if that include the collision insurance and she looked at me and I was told about the AAA credit card and points. I asked about a Toyota Corolla and she said it was not there, I said it was on the AAA website and hour ago and wanted to know why it was not listed, could not get an answer. I left. FYI AAA - AARP Travel, Orbitz, Expedia, etc.

If I could have left zero stars I would have. I got this for my son. His car wouldn't start and I called AAA to get the car towed. The car was at our residence.They said he had to ride along with the driver to the mechanic. He had no way home but they said he had to go with the driver and had to find his own way home. Does that make any sense? He was already home. By the time I called an Uber, I might as well have paid for the tow. I told them I wanted to cancel my membership before it got renewed. They assured me they would. Guess what? I got charged for the renewal!!!! I called and they said they couldn't cancel it the same day as it was charged and I would have to call back again. What a scam!!! Never again!!!

My car broke down going from 42 and merging onto 76 near Collingwood NJ. It was the worst imaginable spot to be in. I had my dog in the back of the car, although he slept through most of it, had no idea what was even going on. The phone operator was extremely helpful and I'm very sad I forgot his name. I was pushed to the front of the wait, due to the serverity of where I broke down and my car was towed no longer than 15 , 20 minutes later. The best service I have ever received, it is very clear that everyone dearly cares. Thank you AAA, a thousand thank you's could not express how thankful I am

Left a message for a call back on Monday, 6/26/2017 with the travel by car department after I had waited some time on hold listening to AAA advertisements. As of today, Wednesday, June 28 I haven't received a call back. I call and left a message again after waiting on the line again today. We'll see what happens. I've been a AAA member since 1985 and have my insurance, both homeowners and auto, with AAA but I'm starting to wonder if there aren't better or if the same level of service, less expensive options out there. Especially with the availability of free GPS services like WAZE. Waiting for a call back.....
