Coles Road Transportation Services

Called for a tow, the estimated time of arrival was 12:50. The driver called me before he arrived and I let him know I was not with my vehicle but would be there at 12:50. The driver got to the car 10 minutes earlier than that, and decided to leave and take another job. I tried calling him back with no answer, and had to wait for another company to tow. I understand my roadside assistance was partly to blame giving me an ETA that was not accurate, however communication could have been better.

Rich (?) came to my rescue at 7:15 AM yesterday, in the rain, after I blew a tire on one of Rt 42's many potholes. He was very professional, kind and got my tire changed out quickly, with a few valuable words of advice from him I was on my way. Thanks so much, you have an exemplary employee and I would recommend your services to anyone.

This Co. is contracted through my auto club membership with Allstate. Needed a tow and they were on time, polite and towed the vehicle the distance requested. No complaints at all.

Got a flat on the Blackhorse pike in Glo. Twp. Had Ford roadside assistance and they called Coles Road Transport to tow since I didn't have a spare tire. It was a Saturday night around 730. The estimated time of arrival was 8:40 but he got there at 8:20. Carefully put my car on the tow truck and got it to the Ford dealership on Monday morning.

I had a terrible car problem, called Cole's road transportation for a tow, they came within 15 mins. They were so super fast! Ben, the towing Angel came to my rescue and helped me with my car. I thank him so much for his help. Please give him a raise or a bonus! If you need a tow please just call Cole's road transportation! You will not be disappointed you will be thanking your lucky stars you called them!
