Accurate Towing Services

I had a flat tire on the parkway recently. They sent Accurate Towing. The technician, Matthew Kelly, was great. He was courteous, friendly, calming and professional. He changed the tired quickly and helped me get back on the parkway and over to the exit. He turned a nerve wracking experience into a pleasant one.

I had parked my car adjacent to community Memorial Hospital in a parking lot where approximately six cars were parked. Upon returning to the parking lot, my car was missing. My first thought was that my car had been stolen. I was in complete shock. Someone nearby mentioned it was a restricted parking lot and Accurate Towing Company constantly sweeps the area. Complete panic set in as I realized my pocketbook, cell phone and all my personal belongings were inside my car. At that point, two tow trucks were coming down Hospital Drive, so I flagged one down. When the driver stopped, I inquired about my vehicle. The man became very irate and verbally abusive as he informed me it already had been towed. He was an extreme bully and in this country we are trying to address the situation of bullies in schools and in the workplace. This is something that should not ever be tolerated. When I asked him for more information as to where and what time I could pick up my vehicle, he became even more agressive and threatened to keep my car several days longer. He spitefully said I would have to pay in cash, at their highest rate, plus any and all penalties he could come up with. This is called a SCAM. It is a disgrace to try to take advantage of people in this manner. This is the appitamy of a bully. This company and the tow truck driver, who turned out to be the manager, should be driven out of New Jersey as soon as possible. This is a company no one should ever deal with.

Apparently these guys believe they don’t need to obey posted speed limits. Just saw two of their tow trucks racing down rt. 37. One of them felt the need to ride my bumper until I moved out of the lane so they can continue doing 80mph. You guys are not emergency response, chill.

They towed my jeep and they keep saying they will be there in a min and it was 45 mins wait they did it and chargede for after hours I hate this twoing place I would never go there again

Their drivers are the worst I have ever seen. One pulled up next to me today and said " theme wanted to see what a !@#$bag and m##$%^%$#@#$" looked like as we were driving back from my home on the beach. I just looked at him and told him I would report him to the police. Doing that right now.
