Citywide Towing

Horrible service, this company was taking a car out of the Atlantic City High School today blocking anyone to get into the hight school. I pull into the side to avoid an accident and as the driver sees me get stuck in the mud because of him, he drives to me asking me to pay him $125.00 to get me out of the mud. Very rude, did not care about the situation he put me in, and when I called the company to explain the situation the clerk had a worse attitude. Believe me that when I called other companies within the area. They were very concerned, wanted to help a customer, and had an excellent service. Don't waisted your time and money with these people, there are other amazing companies ready to help the citizens in a decent manner.

I have had them tow to truck for me. They were prompt and I felt a very good price. I will continue to use them in the future for all my Towing needs.

Driver damaged car while attempting to tow it without a flatbed and then he denied it and said he has pictures of the vehicle taken before he towed it. That was great because then it would prove he damaged the car but then after he looked at the pictures on his phone he refused to let me see them. Then he told me to call his boss and the guy was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Didn’t even let me speak.

If I could give zero stars I would. Jerk offs my car that was right in front of our house and charged $125 to get it back out. There was a car parked in front of ours and they didn’t tow that one and when we asked why they didn’t respond.
