14 Towing Service

I’ve never met such a bad group of towers. Everyone here has no respect. For all of the companies that use this towing service to tow people from their lot - it’s giving them a bad name. I will never step foot on any business that does business with 14 Towing, which truly is a shame.

We had a horrible experience on Saturday evening with this company .... Our car was towed from McDonald's while we were sitting there ... It was only 40 minutes after our arrival when we noticed our car is not there .... When we got to the place where our car was taken a super rude lady with a very very poor attitude said that "you can't park your car and go shopping!!!" ... She wanted to charge us for $175 to release the car but we said that we won't pay you unless you show us a proof that we parked there for more than 60 minutes ... The lady said that the photos are with the driver and he might not come back till Monday ... We asked her to call the driver but she refused to do so, however she clearly somehow contacted the driver when we were standing outside trying to report the issue to the police .... We waited for about two hours till the driver showed up ... He showed us a photo and said here is your car parking in that spot since an hour and 20 minutes before it gets towed ... But turned out that it wasn't our car! When the driver found out he made a mistake he appologised but that horrible lady just walked out of the room without saying sorry for the way she talked to us ... Probably she was embarassed (she should be)... The lady was so unpleasant to talk with that we just preferred to take our car and leave ... But technically we should have stayed and forced them to pay us the cost of the Uber that we took to get there ... Plus they wasted two hours of our time, ended our vacation with frustrations, and probably damaged the car's gear box since apparently it was towed from the back ... I'm reporting this company to the NJ's police ... They should stop doing this and be more responsible towards people

Worst towing company ever they’re scam artists trying to make money out of the people and of course they only accept cash I’m taking them to the court they should shut down the company.

The staff was very accomodating for my family and I. We weren't from the area and when our car broke down we didn't know where to go next for service so we could get home. Not only did they find the nearest dealership for our car to be repaired, they went as far as finding us a hotel in walking distance so we'd be able to go pick up our car the following day. Fair pricing, and it was nice to deal with a company that actually seemed like they cared. Thank you all so much!
