Hampton Inn Philadelphia Center City-Convention Center

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were all fantastic. This hotel is close to everything and an easy walk to most places in city center. There are quite a few homeless people near there, so I did not feel safe walking in a couple of directions near the hotel, but going on a different route was fine. The hotel had a nice breakfast. It was kept very clean.

I was blown away by the staff at this location. Every person I interacted with was wonderful. They looked like they enjoyed working there. The location was very convenient, it's right across the street from the convention center. The breakfast was delicious and well stocked. The room was clean and spacious. Overall I had a very great experience, I'll definitely be staying here again next time I have an event at the convention center.

The room was fine, served its purpose as a quiet place to sleep and was comfortable. I can't say enough good things about the staff at this hotel. They go above and beyond to make guests feel safe and comfortable. The level of customer service at this hotel is the best service I have ever had. All staff were wonderful, always smiling. The hotel was full for a conference and the staff were very busy but never lost composure. A shout out to Kevin as one of these shining stars.

Very happy with this hotel. No complaints. Really loved the staff and the free breakfast was surprisingly good. Food options seemed to change a little each day. Indoor and outdoor seating. Great location directly behind the convention center, and just blocks away from Reading Terminal Market. We were able to walk to multiple museums 30 min walk to Philadelphia Museum of Art and Independence Hall ~20 minute walk. Would stay here again.

We spent 3 days in Philadelphia and were treated so well! From check in in to checkout, we encountered friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast team provided a clean and welcoming atmosphere with an abundance of choices for everyone. The valet staff were quick with advice on everything from where to catch the subway, to the best place to get a pizza and beer . The housekeeping and front desk staff were kind, friendly and helpful with everything we needed to make our stay a very pleasant one. We would definitely consider staying here again should we find our way back to Philadelphia in the future.

Wow!! This hotel was incredible. Everything from its ideal location, cleanliness, amenities to the staff service and friendliness…an all around great weekend getaway. I especially loved cuddling up with a beautiful local Philly friend, staring out into Center City’s Gotham experience. The ONLY reason why I wont stay there the next time I’m visiting is because there’s so many other beautifully appointed accommodations to to get cozy in. I

Room was nice and comfortable. The staff allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel while we went out and about before the room was ready. Everyone was friendly from valet to the front desk to housekeeping. I didn't eat breakfast but they do serve it. The hotel is walking distance to restaurants. If visiting again, would stay again. Shouts out to the managers I think Mark & Justin for their hospitality and to the staff for allowing me to check out late Cons: water pressure in room was low; the fire alarm went off around 2300 one night and there was clear instructions about evacuating; issues with check in that was paid by my organization that was resolved the next day Walkability: Walking distance to the Convention center, Love Park and The Market

I left the Hampton Inn this morning and had to write a review because this was the easiest stay I’ve ever had! Early check-in and late check-out were super easy. The staff were amazing, extremely helpful, and extremely kind. Staying here definitely made my first trip to Philly a success and I can’t wait to come back for a longer visit when the weather is warmer!

Good location, truly friendly and efficient staff, big rooms, included breakfast, bar. Facility caters to a lot of sporting groups who all use the elevators at one time generating substantial delays. Stay on a low floor so you can use the stairs. If you're planning to park confirm that the prices are appropriate for you.Rooms: 4/5

The room was clean and fresh. Staffs were courteous. Breakfast was great. Only problem was the bed which made noise when we toss which disturbs the sleep. Otherwise I would have given a 5 stars.
