Across the country this is the worst harbor freight store, coupons not always honored, attitude of manager is horrificly poor and transfers down to employees. Some employees have very little knowledge ifof inventory. Try to avoid the store like th.. Linda Cooper, Ph.D.
I think it's good to know that this location has the absolute best employees in the valley. They not only exchanged my broken socket with a new one, but exchanged the entire set. The store manager and several other employees are quick to help find everything you need.
I was buying a power tool and at check out, the cashier Richard saved me some money after he told me about some deals. If you buy the battery and charger you get the tool free. Thanks Richard.
It’s good store and good service don’t have what I’m looking for but ended up bought one nice outdoors chair good price
Theres always GREAT Deals... Heads Up Harbor Freight Fans... Lots of NEW PRODUCTS HAVE COME IN & ARE COMING IN... STOP IN & CHECK THEM OUT...!
Fantastic selection of just about any tool you can think of for far less than what you would pay at the local Home Depot or Lowe's. Perfect for those tools that you need for one job and then end up in the bottom of the toolbox for the rest of eternity. Employees are friendly and willing to help, just be prepared for a long line at checkout during any type of sale event.
Found what I’m looking for. Neat and tidy. Friendly and helpful staff.
Great store they opened a major distribution center & Dillon SC at the Inland Port and I have been checking it out ever since.
Buyer beware when a portable inverter/generator is purchased at any Harbor Freight locations. The first one I bought there 3500 Watts failed after 1 night. I returned it the next day and exchanged it for another model 2000 Watts to avoid having to pay their '20% Restocking Fee.' It ran for 45 minutes after initial startup. I shut it down and it would never start again. This time, I returned the generator with no intent on getting another one. However, I was charged $208.00 for the 'Restocking Fee.' This basically means that Harbor Freight expects the consumer to pay the cost of replacing their broken equipment, warranty or no warranty. Since this is the approximate cost of manufacturing these generators, it is evident that the responsibility of bearing the cost of their faulty design and operation is passed on to the customer. I lost over $200 walking in to Harbor Freight. . . . Never again. Meanwhile, I found a reliable portable generator at Lowe's Craftsman 2500 Watts that actually works. The warranty is a true 3-year warranty with no 20% Restocking Fee.' The apparent difference here is that Lowe's and Craftsman stand behind their product whereas Harbor Freight does not!
Great team of employees... Come here for some things I don't need to often and have a high price tag at other Major Brand Tool stores ...Always get great service and were like regulars here and like the fact when I go to get things I Need and spend hard earned $$$ I also get noticed welcomed by conversation w some staff members ... Thx H. F team
