Harford Transit

Driver is rude and makes their own rules while driving. Not to mention speeding and driving a reckless by putting on brakes hard. Driver of number 5 bus at Macy's stop is very very rude. And I wish he is entitled to make up his own rules when it comes to putting the money in the clear box. Regular fare customers should be able to place fate in the box. If I were other than regular fare I am to produce a card that's states such. Driver doesn't have any right to be rude and insist he's entitled to make his own rules

The worst the bus never came to the stop and when I called they say the bus came on time and I was there 15 minutes early totally terrible bus system.

I'm married and i own a car sometimes i need to use the link bus when my wife has the car with her at work. And it misses alot of key stops and areas and the fact that it does not run past 6pm or on weekends does suck. I'm lucky to have a car to use but i just feel bad for people who need the bus all the time. Harford transit need better service here

Ive been using the link buses for about 2 years now love all the drivers but always run late no matter what the drivers to do to be on time. Transit need to redo times on the schedule to better service the county. And have a lot stops that need to be put in. And see now I live in Baltimore city. MTA runs a lot better and it doesnt matter where there stops are they puts stops in even on side streets. And yes run till 6pm??? So people can go to work on the bus and cant even get off work to take the bus home and dont run on weekends?? Weekends is when everyone goes out and dont have work but they cant because theyre no transportation. Hope this review make you guys realize you need to run at least later because at least for me I go out all day but have to make sure I get home by a bus by 6.
