Guy working there was friendly, helped me out with all the details. I just wanted a simple hat for work. And I wanted my name on it. Went to lunch, came back and it was done. Fast, simple and price wasn't bad.

Purchased a hat as a Christmas present, then realized it was wrong size. When back to exchange it 2 days before Christmas and was told they weren't doing and exchanges or returns until after Christmas because they were to busy. What poor customer service. I will never shop there again!!!
