Hawaii's Favorite Kitchens, also known as HFK, is celebrating 2 years of serving guests the best in local favorites. Located right next to Rainbow Drive-In, we are open 7 days a week and offer indoor air-conditioned seating. If you are looking for a place for a quick meal or just want to try some delicious local food, Hawaii's Favorite Kitchens is a great option for you! We have Mike's Huli Chicken, that is made every morning, which is a rotisserie style chicken that is "huli-ed" or turned slowly over charcoal. There the two flavors are a wet-rub Shoyu marinade chicken (that was created just for HFK) and a dry-rub consisting of salt, pepper, and paprika. We also have poke! Poke Stop makes many different and unique varieties of poke daily including creamy spicy ahi, furikake salmon poke, and sweet onion ahi poke. We also have world famous KC Drive Inn's original Waffledogs. These waffledogs are made in-house and go perfectly with an "ono ono" shake. And finally we have Shimazu Shave Ice that offers over 80 different flavors and is the perfect ending to any meal! Here at HFK, we strive to serve our customers local Hawaii favorites, all conveniently located in one place, with the most friendly and efficient service that we can.
