The service was excellent but there aren't really any options for folks w/lower incomes to purchase their extremely expensive aids.

Stay away from this place! They are nothing more than money grabbers! I was quoted a price of $255 to get a pair of Phonak hearing aids reprogrammed for my husband. This was supposed to be the "out-the-door" price including reprogramming and the hearing test, without insurance I might add. I had asked, and was told that this was something they could do in their office. Since this was a hundred less than others had quoted I made my husband an appointment. Today, at the appointment, he was told that the cost would be almost $1500, AND they would have to send the aids off somewhere to do the reprogramming. Back in 3-4 WEEKS! BAIT AND SWITCH !! I don't think anyone will ever see this post, as I have tried 4 times now to post it. Only the 5 star post show up on this site.

Dr. Oden is very friendly, helpful and cares about you as her patient. I'm so glad I was referred to her!

I had a very bad experience with a large practice in Concord, Charlotte Eye, Ears, Nose, & Throat, and went here hoping for better results. I found them to be a friendly, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable clinic. Dr. Oden always examines and treats me thoroughly and never herds me through like a number that must be treated to meet a quota. I live in Concord and drive 30 minutes to get there, but if I had to drive an hour each way to be taken care of in this manner I would gladly do it.
I recommend this practice to anyone who even thinks they might have a hearing problem. Dr. Oden will let you know whether you do or not. And if you do, she will help you.
