Manna Audiology Hearing Center

I went to a well known hearing facility in Charlotte based on two friends recommending I get a hearing test. My uncle, who's been wearing hearing aids for over a decade, recommended I get a second opinion and take the time to find an audiologist I feel very comfortable with. I decided to check out Manna Audiology and I'm so glad I did! The whole team made me feel welcome and was wonderful to work with. They took their time to answer my many questions and never made me feel rushed. It was a night and day difference from the first hearing doctor I visited. They helped me find the right hearing aids that I love and was patient with me through the fittings to get them to fit just right. I highly recommend Manna Audiology!!

Manna Audiology has been wonderful. I've had hearing aids for years, moved a bit so, I've had 3-4 audiologists The customer service here is simply the best. Manna has been so easy to work with, In fact, I was a patient for nearly a year before meeting Dr. Wright. The front office staff & Dana took care of me many times without an appointment. Dana is very knowledgeable so, consultation, service, repairs & troubleshooting, programming, questions about using aids with cell phones and other electronics ... you name it and she can help. Once you meet with Dr. Wright, you find that his 20+ years experience in the field, the fact that he too suffers hearing loss make him extremely knowledgeable, understanding, quick to diagnose to move patients to hearing at their optimal level. You will find that he and his staff compassionately fulfill their mission statement on a daily basis.

Dr. Wright and all staff are cheerful, courteous and KNOWLEDGEABLE. I knew I had hearing loss and tinnitus since I was in my 20s. I am now a few decades older and still have to work full time in a busy office. I explained all this to Dr. Wright and was fitted for my hearing aids 2 years ago. I chose Dr. Wright's office because he is an independent audiologist and not beholden to one particular corporate structure. This fact puts the patient first! I like the high level of service, the availability if I have a problem, the continuity of one doctor and staff who know me and I know them, and can help me. I have been thrilled with my ability to hear and with Manna Audiology!

I am 68 years old and have worn hearing aids since about 2000. I was never totally satisfied with them as the national chain I started out with did not use Doctors of Audiology - the technicians who fitted me were ‘Hearing Instrument Specialists’. When it was time for my annual checkup or when I had a problem with a hearing aid, the first thing the technician wanted to do was try to talk me into new aids, with better technology, etc. I switched to Manna Audiology about a year ago as I wanted to be with a Doctor of Audiology and have been very happy with Dr. Wright and his team. He initially gave me a very thorough exam and listened to my history, then fitted me. I am a very picky person when it comes to fitting hearing aids, glasses, etc. and I told Dr. Wright this and he assured me that my total satisfaction was his goal. As was expected, the hearing level adjustment was a ‘trial and error’ process and every time I went in for a ‘tweak’, Dr Wright was very friendly and patient, and he got me where I wanted to be. If you need hearing aids, or think that you may need them, I recommend a visit to Manna. I think you will be happy with the service.

My husband and I have been going to Manna Audiology for 13 years. They are great in many way, but what I appreciate most is the time and individual attention they give us at each visit. They make us feel like we are the only concern they have. They do everything they possibly can to give each of us the best hearing we can possibly have.
