Carolina Ear, Nose & Throat - Sinus and Allergy Center, PA

My visit with Dr Melon was very rewarding. The entire visit was pleasant with an entire staff of kind, and caring staff. I was welcomed immediately, my wait was very short and my audiologist tested my hearing with concern and explanation of the the test. Dr Melon was very personable, he listened to all my information, did appropriate office exams and took time to explain his finding and answer any further questions. He explained tests he was requesting and his staff arranged the tests. Dr Melon saw me quickly for a follow up and completely explained test results and why he thought I needed a referral to another specialist. I appreciate a physician that listens, is pleasant, explains and is honest. Thank you to Dr Melon and staff for your kindness and honesty.

Doctors and nurses are wonderful, but there were issues in communication among office staff about my daughters surgery. My daughter surgery requires pre-certification. However, there patient advocate Lynn has been amazing at sorting out the issue. She has stayed in touch with me every step of the way. So, if you ever have issue Lynn does a great job at sorting these out quickly and effectively. Another issue. Now we are having issues with the billing office. They are trying to charge us twice for the same things we were told we already paid for. I love the doctors and healthcare providers but keep having issues on the clerical side. I have never had these type of issues at other offices

Lynn with Patient Advocate Coordinator called today and is in the process of taking care of the issues we were having. She was very nice and apologetic and thorough. She made phone calls to resolve the issues and she called back this morning within an hour. And she is to call us back later today with advising the next steps to diagnosing my husband's sickness. She was very polite and I am satisfied with the outcome.

Dr. Harrill is great! I have seen only him, and he is very intelligent, professional and personable! I always enjoy conversation with him. Lynne and the rest of the staff are all great as well! They are very well organized, professional and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Harrill and the staff!
