Carolina Ear, Nose & Throat - Sinus and Allergy Center, P.A.

Because I was having difficulty hearing for a year I made the decision of getting hearing aids. I was by another Audiologist who I wasn't pleased with .. So I chose to see Dr. Seshul of Carolina ENT Morganton office and Dr. Julia McDowell. I'm very pleased with their professionalism and my hearing aids. I would recommend this practice to anyone needing hearing aids.

Dr. Jarrett is a great doctor! Edit: I have to say more. The staff here has been concerned and caring about the health concern and pain I have been dealing with. The coordinator made it a point to make sure my appointment was expedited when there was a problem in communication. I highly recommend this practice.

My husband, Shelton, recently was examined for hearing aides by Dr. Sarah Mooney of the Morganton, NC office of Carolina Ear, Nose & Throat Center. Our experience was exceptional, from the start when greeted by a charming helpful receptionist, Chrissa, through the ear examination and diagnostic determination by Dr. Sarah Mooney. Dr. Mooney is a caring Dr. who carefully listens to her patient's needs. She advised on the proper hearing aides for my husband and carefully explained about the care and use in terms that were easily understood. The hearing aides were custom fitted for my husband. We cannot be more pleased with the outcome. He can now hear so well without the annoying background noise/static he once encountered, even remarking on the joy of hearing birds chirping once again! And I am so pleased as I do not have to repeat everything I say to him, he hears the first time. We definitely credit Dr. Sarah Mooney as her excellent professionalism and expert knowledge in her field led to our great satisfaction. I also thank Lynn of their Patient Advocate office for providing comprehensive assistance. We are very pleased.

I recently had outpatient surgery at Catawba Hospital. I went in hoping to be home that night but understood I could have to stay overnight. In surgery, Dr. Melon found that the cyst I was diagnosed with was attached to my thyroid and not my larynx . It was removed and was unusually large. Although this was more complicated than I expected Dr. Melon handled it leaving me with confidence and understanding of what had taken place. It was comforting to be assured so completely. I found that Dr. Melon truly cares for his patients and I also found his staff to be friendly and co-operative. As unpleasant as surgery can be, I found my overall experience to be excellent!

My wife and I visit with Dr. De Neef at least twice a year. She is one of the most competent doctors I visit and has always been able to resolve any medical issues I have, when making an appointment with her. She thoroughly explains everything she does and always asks enough questions to ensure she fully understands what the issues are. Her "bedside" manner always puts me at ease and generates confidence in her ability to handle any situation. We highly recommend her to anyone needing medical help in her area of expertise.
